Welcome to Fut Strikers Club! By subscribing to our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Subscriptions
- Billing:
Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled. - Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. To avoid charges for the upcoming billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle begins. - Refunds:
Subscriptions are non-refundable except in cases of clear manufacturer defects. Proof of the defect must be provided for review.
2. Shipping Policy
- Methods:
We offer shipping via UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air. - Delivery Times:
Shipping times are subject to carrier schedules. Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. - Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, customers must provide proof from the carrier and visual evidence to support the claim. Valid claims will result in a replacement ball being sent at no additional cost.
3. Product Information
- Availability:
Soccer balls are available in Size 4 and Size 5, with designs rotated monthly. Customers cannot select specific designs. - Care Instructions:
Balls are shipped slightly deflated. Inflate to 9-11 PSI for optimal performance.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Account Management:
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate shipping addresses, payment details, and account information. - Proper Use:
Fut Strikers Club is not liable for damage caused by improper use of soccer balls, including failure to inflate to the recommended PSI.
5. Legal Considerations
- Liability Limitations:
Fut Strikers Club is not liable for:- Shipping delays due to carrier issues.
- Website downtime or technical issues.
- Product misuse beyond manufacturer defects.
- Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and disputes will be resolved under Arizona jurisdiction.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, designs, text, and images, is the property of Fut Strikers Club and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission.
7. Changes to Orders
Once an order is placed, it is finalized. In some cases, we may attempt to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been delivered.
